What is "L4"?

We love because God first loved us.

It is in God's love that we learn what it means to love others. 

Here we explore what it means to fulfill Jesus' New Commandment to, "Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know you are my disciples, if you love one another" (John 13:34, 35)

It is in accountable relationships with other believers in Christ that we find freedom.

Here we explore how to develop cultures of confidence that enable diverse people groups live in transparency safely.  

1 John 1:7 "but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin."

It is in experiencing God's love and the transformation of living in the light that we learn the true meaning of discipleship to Christ.

Here we explore the heart of servant leadership and what it means when Jesus likens loving Him to serving His brothers and sisters. 

John 21:15 "Now when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?” He *said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Tend My lambs.”"

Jesus' great commission to the Church is to "GO".

In this section we explore living life on-mission, equipped for every good work, going wherever the Spirit might send. It is in accepting this commission that we experience the deepest intimacy with Christ in the Spirit.

Matt 28:19, 20 "And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”"
